Considering the need for Technical and Vocational education and according to the interest and needs of the parents the government of Nepal has been conducting civil engineering towards technical and vocational education since 2073.
Gautam Buddha Secondary got Affiliation to operate class nine in Civil Engineering stream from 2073 under the program of the department of education. The school had obtained permission for the program on 16th Baishak 2073. Currently, the school has enrolled 4 academic batches whereas 2 batches students have appeared in SEE. From the academic year 2075 Buddhabhumi Municipality gave permission to conduct class 11 in 2075. Class 11 has been conducted accordingly and they have been included in the annual examination. Recently in academic year 2076, Buddhabhumi Municipality gave permission to conduct class 12 in technical stream. The details of the students enrolled in the school so far are as follows:
